SUHF marks the 10th anniversary of its founding by launching a new flagship initiative, signaling a further expansion of its commitment to advancing the life sciences.
Through the Osulloc Conference, the Foundation brings together world-leading scholars and outstanding early-career scientists to support the research of SUHF Fellows and to contribute to the broader progress of the global life sciences community. First held in 2026, the Osulloc Conference is a small-scale, four-day (three-night) international meeting designed to foster focused scientific exchange. Each year, the conference centers on a newly selected theme grounded in the research interests of SUHF Fellows, enabling in-depth discussion and meaningful collaboration.
Inspired by the pioneering spirit of Osulloc—transforming Jeju’s once barren land of stone and wind into thriving green tea fields—SUHF seeks, through the Osulloc Conference, to help shape a new chapter for the life sciences community in Korea.
